Entry offer

Work out the first move before committing to a full build.

The 21-Day Signal X-Ray Sprint is a €750 diagnostic and practical first step for bootstrapped B2B SaaS founders. We focus on one distribution problem, examine the evidence, and create something useful to test.

€750 fixed fee · 21 days · no ongoing commitment

One offer. Three paths.

This is not three agencies. It is one 21-day engagement. You choose a path, or Alex diagnoses which one fits. We do not try to solve all three at once.

Path 1 · Cold start

Starting from zero or a low audience

You have a product. You may have a few customers. You do not have a useful audience yet, and you do not know where consistent qualified conversations will come from.

The 21 days work on

  • · Where buyers already exist
  • · Existing access: customers, contacts, communities, founder network
  • · First-customer and direct-conversation routes
  • · Targeted outreach and useful artifacts
  • · Service or diagnostic wedges and partnership tests
  • · Low-cost experiments and a first route worth repeating

A clearer first working route, evidence from the market, and a next-step plan. Customers and revenue are not guaranteed.

Path 2 · Uncertain audience

Existing audience, unclear buyer value

You already have followers, subscribers, a network, customers, content or visibility. You do not know how much of that audience can buy, refer, partner, or only watch.

The 21 days work on

  • · Audience composition and buyer density
  • · What has actually converted
  • · Which content attracts buyers
  • · Segmentation: buyers now, later, referrers, partners, audience-only, unknown
  • · Referral and distribution nodes
  • · Paid-intent tests where they solve a real piece of the same buyer problem

A clearer view of who in the audience can create commercial movement, and which owned route deserves more investment. Revenue is not guaranteed.

Path 3 · Distribution wall

Working business, fragile distribution

You have a proven product, customers and some acquisition. Growth still depends too much on paid, outbound, referrals, founder effort or one channel.

The 21 days work on

  • · Dependency risk and what survives when acquisition activity stops
  • · Current capture and retained access
  • · Partnership routes, newsletter, podcast, customer proof and referrals
  • · Search, AEO and other owned distribution options
  • · What can reduce repeated acquisition dependency

A clearer distribution architecture and the first owned or compounding route to strengthen. Revenue is not guaranteed.

What happens in 21 days

Days 1–4

Diagnosis and current-state audit

Intake, baseline, one constraint, one test, and success or stop criteria agreed. The clock starts when the agreed inputs arrive.

Days 5–10

Investigation and first test

Access, audience or dependency work, depending on the path. Prepare and launch the first approved test.

Days 11–17

Review and one follow-up

Read the response, follow up where it is appropriate, and change one variable if the evidence supports it.

Days 18–21

Next plan and handoff

Document results, delivery notes and the next 30-day distribution recommendation.

What Alex does

Research, drafts, supporting asset, reply review, midpoint and closing sessions, and a concise evidence report. Depending on the path this includes an access map, audience sample categories, or a dependency map, plus one focused test.

What you provide

Product knowledge, agreed records, approvals within two business days, sending through your account, product answers, and sales. Plan a few hours for calls plus time for sending and buyer conversations.

What you leave with

  • · A short evidence-based diagnosis of the current constraint
  • · One route to test, with why it fits and what would change the recommendation
  • · One finished useful asset, agreed before work starts
  • · A practical test record, including no response
  • · A next 30-day distribution plan, source notes and editable files

What is not guaranteed

Customers, revenue, rankings or AI recommendations. The fee buys useful diagnostic work and a practical next step. A full website, show, newsletter programme, paid campaign or technical overhaul is outside the sprint. If you do not approve or send, the test is reported as blocked, not as a failed channel.

Questions

What does the €750 cover?

One product, one buyer group and one distribution path for 21 days. We diagnose the starting condition, run a small real-world test on that path, and hand over the materials, evidence log and next 30-day plan. The sprint page lists the limits.

Is this three different services?

No. It is one 21-day engagement. You choose a path, or we diagnose which path fits: cold start, uncertain audience, or a working business with fragile distribution. We do not try to solve all three at once.

How long does it take?

21 calendar days after the agreed inputs and access are available. We confirm the start date in writing. Missing inputs or delayed approvals can move the delivery date.

What do you need from me?

Your product link, the question you want answered, and relevant evidence you can share. That might include customer notes, an audience or CRM export, or the path taken by recent enquiries. You approve messages and send from your own account unless we agree otherwise.

Do you guarantee customers or revenue?

No. A short test may produce a useful conversation, a clear objection or no reply. You receive the evidence, the asset and the next decision. Silence is recorded as silence, not as proof that the offer has no value.

What does Alex do, and what do I do?

Alex researches, drafts, prepares the asset and reviews replies. You bring product knowledge, approve within two business days, send through your account, handle product questions and close sales. Live buyer calls are founder-led.

Do I need a podcast, newsletter and AEO?

No. Those are possible later assets inside a broader distribution system. We only recommend them when the evidence justifies the work and you can maintain it.

What happens after the sprint?

If access is still unproven, GTM / Distribution Ignition can continue focused tests. If a route is working, we can quote an Owned Distribution Build or a specific channel job. There is no automatic retainer and no assumed credit against later work.

Is tax included?

The written quote confirms the amount payable and any applicable tax before you accept. Billing identity and VAT treatment are confirmed before payment.

Check whether the sprint fits.

We confirm fit, the path, the start date and the final tax treatment in writing before payment.

Fit call is free. The sprint is €750 for 21 days.
