Can I hire one service on its own?
Yes. Founder video, founder content, SEO and AI search visibility, podcast production and organic distribution can each be hired as a standalone project. Each is scoped per project, and you receive a fixed quote before committing.
Which 90-day engagement should I choose?
Founder Presence if the main gap is your profile and published media. Founder Presence + Discovery if buyers research your category through search and AI and your company is missing or unclear there. Founder Presence + Distribution if you want to build an organic route that reaches buyers repeatedly and you want me closer to sales. The fit call is where we decide.
Can we start smaller?
Yes. The Founder Presence Sprint is €750 for 21 days. You choose one of five outcomes, such as a founder video, a podcast pilot or a search and AI discovery snapshot, and get the first finished piece of work.
You can also hire any service on its own as a fixed-quote project, or start a 90-day engagement directly. The sprint is not required.
How much founder time does this require?
Little. About 3 to 4 hours a month for Founder Presence and for Founder Presence + Discovery, and about 4 to 5 for Founder Presence + Distribution. That covers one interview a month, approvals and a short review. The Founder Presence Sprint takes about 2 to 3 hours in total, depending on the outcome. Standalone projects state the founder time in the quote. I do the research, production, coordination and reporting.
Do you work with pre-revenue startups?
Generally no. The work depends on real material: customers, product decisions, sales conversations. If you have serious paid pilots, we can talk.
How does payment work?
Each engagement is priced for the full 90 days. The payment schedule and the terms of the day 21 checkpoint are set out in the written proposal before you commit.
