Core service · Founder Video
Founder video production for technical AI and SaaS founders
Clear videos of the founder explaining the product, the problem it solves and the decisions behind it.
I research the topic, prepare the questions, direct the remote recording, edit the video and prepare it for publishing. You talk about what you know.
Who this is for.
- Founders of technical AI and B2B SaaS companies who explain the product better out loud than in writing
- Companies whose buyers want to see and hear the founder before booking a call
- Teams with a YouTube channel or LinkedIn page that has nothing recent from the founder
- Founders with existing recordings, such as talks or webinars, that were never edited into anything useful
The problem it solves.
Buyers look for the person behind a technical product. On most company channels they find a product demo, a logo animation and maybe a conference clip with poor audio.
Founders put off video because it seems to need a studio, a script and a day off. Agencies that offer it often do not understand the product well enough to ask the right questions.

Founder video or a podcast?
Founder videos are short, planned explanations by the founder: what the product does, a technical decision, an answer to a common buyer question. They usually have no guest and work well on a product page, in sales follow-ups and on LinkedIn.
A podcast is a recurring conversation, often with guests, produced as full episodes plus clips. If that is what you need, it is covered by B2B SaaS Podcast Production.

Questions about Founder Video Production.
Do I need a studio or special equipment?
No. Most founder videos can be recorded remotely with a good webcam or a recent phone, a quiet room and a window or a lamp. I send setup guidance before the session and check the picture and sound at the start.
Who does the editing?
I do the research, the recording direction and the editing myself. On a larger project a contractor may support the editing; if so, the quote says so before you commit.
How long are the videos?
It depends on where they will be watched. Short explainers usually run 2 to 5 minutes, and YouTube videos can be longer. The quote sets the length and number of each.
Can you work with footage we already have?
Yes, if the picture and sound are usable. Talks, webinars and old interviews can often be edited into shorter videos and clips.
How is the price set?
Each project is quoted on the number and length of videos, clips and revision rounds. You receive a fixed quote before committing.
