Founder Presence

For the founder whose expertise is real but barely visible.

Over 90 days we turn what you know into a clear profile and a steady public record of your thinking that buyers can find and check.

01Who it is for

Who this is for.

Choose this when the founder knows the market well but very little of that knowledge is visible on their profile, and the first job is a credible, regular presence.

  • Founder, CEO or technical cofounder of an AI or B2B SaaS company with paying customers or serious pilots
  • You explain the product and the market well on calls, and your public profile shows almost none of it
  • You have tried posting yourself, or a writer, and it stopped or sounded wrong
  • You can give about 2 to 3 hours a month and approve drafts within 2 working days
02The problem

Where things stand today.

Prospects, partners and hires look you up before a call. What they find is a job title, a few company reposts and maybe an old podcast appearance.

The knowledge exists. It sits in demos, sales calls, Slack threads and customer emails, where nobody outside the company can see it.

Posting yourself takes time you do not have, and generic drafts from a tool or a writer who does not understand the product are worse than silence.

03After 90 days

What changes over 90 days.

  • Your profile explains who you help and what you know, in your words.
  • There is a steady record of specific, approved posts a buyer can read before a call.
  • Your views, phrasing and claims are documented, so each month needs fewer corrections from you.
  • You know which topics drew relevant replies and which did not, from 90 days of real data.

These describe the work delivered. They are not guarantees of leads, revenue, rankings or AI mentions.

04The method

Which layers of the method this uses.

The base layer, built properly: expertise extraction, positioning, profile and founder media, with light distribution to the people who should see it. Everything later is built on this.

11Questions

Questions about Founder Presence.

Is this a content service?

No. The job is to make your expertise visible to the people who should find it. That starts with interviews, research on your buyers and positioning, and the published pieces are one output of that work. Every piece comes from your own material, and nothing goes out without your approval.

Why only LinkedIn as the main channel?

For most technical B2B founders it is the place prospects check first. If your buyers read on X, Substack or elsewhere, we adapt selected pieces there. A wider channel mix belongs in Presence + Distribution.

What happens if I am too busy to approve on time?

Drafts wait. I do not publish anything you have not approved. If approvals stall for more than 2 weeks, we pause and agree new dates rather than rushing work out.

Can I upgrade after starting?

Yes. If discovery or distribution becomes the obvious next problem, we can move to a larger engagement at the day 30 or day 60 review, with the scope written down first.
