Core service · Podcasts & Interviews
Podcast production for B2B SaaS and technical AI companies
Podcasts and interview series for companies whose buyers are technical. The conversations go deep enough to be useful, and each one is turned into clips, articles and posts.
I handle the strategy, research, recording, editing and publishing preparation. You host, or appear as the guest.
Who this is for.
- Technical founders who explain things better in conversation than in writing
- Companies that want to build relationships with customers, partners or experts through interviews
- Teams starting a video podcast on YouTube and unsure how to make it worth watching
- Existing shows that need better research, editing or reuse of each episode
The problem it solves.
Many company podcasts stop after a few episodes. The questions are generic, the editing takes longer than expected and nothing happens with the episode after it is published.
Technical guests need questions that show they were understood. Without research, conversations stay on the surface and buyers learn nothing new.

Podcasts for AI startups.
AI buyers are wary of claims. A show that walks through real deployments, evaluation methods and failure cases builds more trust than a product tour.
Research for these episodes covers the models, data and constraints involved, so the host can ask the follow-up question a technical buyer would ask.
Interviews for technical B2B audiences.
Engineers, data teams and technical buyers listen for specifics: architecture choices, trade-offs, numbers. Question briefs are built around those, and edits keep the detail rather than cutting it for pace.
Customers, partners and practitioners make good guests. The episode becomes a reason to talk to them, and the material is reused across sales and content.
YouTube podcasts for SaaS.
A video podcast needs more than a recorded call: framing, sound, a title and thumbnail people click, chapters, and clips for Shorts and LinkedIn.
I prepare the recording setup with you, edit the full episode for YouTube and cut the clips from the same session.

Questions about B2B SaaS Podcast Production.
Should we start our own podcast?
Not always. Appearing on existing shows is often a better first step. A show of your own makes sense when there are guests worth an hour and a reason to keep talking to them. The podcast pilot sprint is a low-cost way to test it.
Do you book guests?
Yes, as a separately scoped part of the quote: guest research, outreach and scheduling. No specific guest can be guaranteed, because guests decide whether to appear. Guest booking is not part of the €750 podcast pilot sprint.
How is this different from Founder Video Production?
Founder videos are short, planned explanations by the founder, usually without a guest. A podcast is a recurring conversation format, often with guests, produced as full episodes plus clips. Some companies do both from the same recording session.
Audio or video?
Video if your buyers use YouTube or you want clips for LinkedIn. Audio-only is simpler and cheaper to produce. The concept stage decides.
Who does the editing?
I do the research, recording direction and editing myself. On a larger series a contractor may support the editing; if so, the quote says so.
