This policy explains what happens to personal information on ownedsignal.com. OwnedSignal is run by Alex Iliescu, who decides how this information is used. For any question or request, email [email protected].
Free Founder Presence Check requests
When you request a Free Founder Presence Check, the form collects your name, work email, company website and, if you add them, your LinkedIn profile URL and a short note about your main concern.
I use these details only to review what is publicly available about you and your company, and to reply to you by email. They are not added to a mailing list, sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Each request is stored with Cloudflare in the European Union and deleted automatically 12 months after it is sent. A copy is emailed to me through Resend, an email delivery service, so I can reply. See Resend's privacy policy. If we continue talking, that email correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for our work together.
Emails and fit calls
If you email me, I use your message and address to reply. If you book a fit call on the booking page, the booking is handled by Cal.com, which receives the details you enter, such as your name, email and chosen time. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
Analytics
On ownedsignal.com, the site uses Google Analytics and DataFast to understand how many people visit, which pages they read and which links they use. Both set cookies in your browser to recognise returning visits.
They record information such as the pages you view, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. The site also counts clicks on the free check, sprint and booking links, and when a free check request is sent. The contents of the form are never sent to analytics.

Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
Where data is processed
Cloudflare, Resend, Google, DataFast and Cal.com may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. They rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it. You can also object to how it is used. Email [email protected] and I will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
