You bring the expertise. I run everything around it.

The same five steps repeat every month in all three engagements. The engagement changes what gets built and where it goes.

Your role stays small and specific: interviews, approvals and a monthly review.

01The five steps

The operating model.

  1. Understand

The founder, the company, the buyers, and what someone finds today when they look.

    What I do

Review your profile, site, past media, sales material and competitors. Run a first search and AI discovery check. Research how your buyers talk about the problem.

    What you do

A 90-minute kickoff conversation and access to what you can share.

  2. Extract

Expertise, decisions, customer questions and product knowledge, taken from interviews and calls.

    What I do

Prepare and run interviews. Follow up on general answers until there is an example. Log views, phrasing and claims in your voice file.

    What you do

One interview a month, 60 to 90 minutes.

  3. Build

Founder media, pages that answer buyer questions, and the assets each engagement includes.

    What I do

Write angle briefs, draft, check facts, produce visuals and pages. Nothing goes out without your approval.

    What you do

Approve or correct drafts, about 20 to 40 minutes a week.

  4. Distribute

Put each piece where it can help: your network, search, AI answers, partners, sales conversations.

    What I do

Schedule, prepare send lists, adapt pieces for other channels, draft partner outreach.

    What you do

Publish or approve scheduling, send selected pieces from your own account.

  5. Learn

Replies, buyer questions, sales use, and changes in search and AI answers.

    What I do

Monthly review of what drew relevant responses and what did not. Re-run discovery checks. Adjust the next month.

    What you do

    A 30 to 45-minute review each month.

02The method

The method behind the steps.

The five steps describe how each month runs.

The Owned Media Signal Stack describes what gets built over time: which layer comes first, and which ones wait until they have a job.

Read about the Owned Media Signal Stack

  1. Owned audience

Earn permission to reach people again without paying a platform.

  2. Borrowed reach

Reach audiences that already trust someone else.

  3. Conversations

Turn recorded conversations into relationships and reusable material.

  4. Search and AI discovery

Be found and described accurately when buyers research without you.

  5. Founder signal

Make what the founder knows visible and checkable.

03The first 30 days

What happens in the first 30 days.

The first month is mostly listening and research.

Publishing starts once there is enough real material.

Before day 1

Fit call, written proposal with scope, dates, payment schedule and checkpoint terms.

Week 1

Access to your profile, site and the sources you choose to share. 90-minute kickoff interview.

Week 2

Positioning note and profile rewrite for your approval. First angle brief.

Week 3

First pieces approved. Discovery baseline or buyer research, depending on the engagement.

Day 21

Checkpoint. We review the direction together and decide whether to continue to full execution.

Week 4

Publishing begins on the agreed rhythm. First monthly review at day 30.

04Ground rules

Ground rules for the work.

Nothing goes out without your approval

Every piece, page and profile change is approved by you first.

No invented opinions or stories

If a piece needs a view you have not expressed, I ask you. I do not make one up.

Claims are checked

Technical claims are flagged for your review. External facts are cited.

Customer details stay private

Customer names, numbers and quotes are used only with their permission.

You own the work

Drafts, recordings, research and the voice file belong to you.

Honest reporting

Reviews say what moved, what did not, and what cannot be attributed.

05Measuring

What gets reviewed each month.

Founder presence is measured by what can be observed and checked, with the limits stated.

  • Replies and conversations from relevant people
  • Pieces sent or mentioned in sales and partner conversations
  • Profile and page visits from target companies, where visible
  • How search and AI assistants describe you, against the baseline
  • How many corrections drafts needed, and how long approvals took

Reach and follower counts are recorded as context. The review concentrates on whether the people you want to reach saw the work and responded to it.

Attribution is reported carefully. If a prospect mentions a piece, that is recorded as a mention. It is not claimed as the reason a deal closed unless you say it was.

06Engagements

Three ways to run it.

0190 days

Founder Presence

For the founder whose expertise is real but barely visible. Over 90 days we turn what you know into a clear profile and a steady public record of your thinking that buyers can find and check.

€3,000 / 90 days

About €1,000 a month. Founder time: about 2 to 3 hours a month.

Choose this when

The founder knows the market well but very little of that knowledge is visible on their profile, and the first job is a credible, regular presence.

0290 days

Founder Presence + Discovery

For the founder who also needs to be found. Buyers research the category through Google and AI assistants, and today they find little or the wrong account of your company. We fix both your presence and how you are discovered.

€4,200 / 90 days

About €1,400 a month. Founder time: about 3 hours a month.

Choose this when

Buyers research your category through Google and AI assistants, and your company is missing, vague or described wrongly when they do.

Compare the engagements

Next step

Let's look at what a buyer finds when they look you up.

A 30-minute fit call. We look at your profile, your site and one or two AI answers together.

Then I tell you which engagement fits, or whether none does yet.
