Core service · Organic Distribution

Organic content distribution for technical B2B SaaS

Most companies publish good material once and move on. Distribution is the work of getting it in front of the buyers it was made for, again and again, without paying for each view.

I find where your buyers read, watch and ask questions, then repackage and place your content there.

§01Who it is for

Who this is for.

  • Companies with content, recordings or expertise that few buyers see
  • Founders who rely on paid ads, cold outbound or their own network for every lead
  • Teams publishing on LinkedIn or YouTube without a plan for reuse
  • Companies that want partners and newsletters as long-term routes to buyers
§02The problem

The problem it solves.

A strong article or podcast appearance is shared once, gets a few likes and disappears. The buyers it was made for never see it.

Without distribution, more content just means more unseen content. Paid promotion stops working the day the budget stops.

§03What is included

What the service covers.

Research

  • Where your buyers read, watch, listen and ask questions
  • Review of the content you already have

Channels

  • Search-led distribution: content mapped to what buyers search
  • LinkedIn and founder media
  • YouTube
  • Newsletters, your own or other people's

Repurposing

  • One source turned into posts, clips, pages and emails
  • Packaging for each channel's format

Partnerships and audience

  • Partner research and outreach drafts, sent by you
  • Co-created content where a partner agrees
  • Capture points so the audience you reach stays reachable
§04Process

How a project runs.

  1. Review

What content exists and where it has been published so far.

  2. Research

Where your buyers spend time and who already has their trust.

  3. Plan

A small number of channels, chosen on evidence.

  4. Package

Existing content repackaged for each channel.

  5. Place and learn

Published or sent, then reviewed: what reached the right people.

§05Deliverables and limits

What you receive.

  • Distribution diagnosis and channel plan
  • Repurposed asset packages, as quoted
  • Partner shortlist and outreach drafts
  • A simple record of what was placed where and what came back

Each quote sets the channels, the number of asset packages and the partner work included. It does not promise placements that depend on third parties.

Not included.

  • Paid ads or paid creator promotion
  • Cold outbound at volume
  • Engagement pods, bought followers or similar tactics
  • Guaranteed reach, leads or partner placements
  • Ongoing community management
§06Your part

Founder involvement

Usually 1 to 2 hours a month during a project

  • A call on buyers and channels
  • Approval of packaged pieces
  • Partner outreach sent from your own account

An illustrative estimate. Your quote states the founder time for your project.

Who does the work

Alex Iliescu, founder of OwnedSignal, does the research, interviews, recording direction, editing and writing. On a larger project a contractor may support part of the work; if so, the quote names them.

§08Proof

What clients say.

I'm so grateful I met Alex when I was launching. Without his help, I wouldn't have thought to use partnerships. They brought me my first 1K downloads, two leads already, and visibility that is going to carry my business into 2026.

§09Questions

Questions about Organic Content Distribution.

Who sends the partner outreach?

You do, from your own account. I research the partners and write the drafts. Relationships last longer when they come from the founder.

Do you post on our behalf?

With scheduling access I can prepare and schedule posts you have approved. I do not comment or send DMs as you.

Do we need new content first?

Usually not. Most companies have more usable material than they think: recordings, articles, decks and sales answers.

Can you guarantee leads?

No. Distribution makes it more likely the right people see the work. I report on what can be observed, such as replies, mentions in sales conversations and partner responses.
