Founder Presence Sprint

A short, fixed engagement for founders who want to see how I work before committing to 90 days.

One interview, focused research, a few finished pieces of work, and an honest review of what a longer engagement should focus on.

01Why it exists

What the sprint helps you find out.

Ninety days is a real commitment.

The sprint lets you judge the work on your own material first.

  • Can Alex understand me, the product and the buyer?
  • Does he find things worth publishing or building that I would not have picked?
  • Does the work sound like me and get the technical details right?
  • Where is my presence or discoverability weakest?
  • Can useful work happen without taking much of my time?
  • Do we work well enough together to continue?
02Timeline

21 days in four steps.

Days 1–5

Understand

  • Short intake: product, buyers, what you explain most often
  • Review of your profile, site, past posts and talks
  • Up to 3 internal sources you choose to share, such as call notes or a deck
  • A first look at how search and AI assistants describe you for 5 buyer questions

Days 6–10

Extract and research

  • One 75-minute interview, prepared from the research
  • Buyer-question research and a review of how competitors explain the category
  • A short presence brief: who you help, what is worth saying, where it should live

Days 11–17

Build

  • 3 finished assets agreed in the brief, such as founder posts, an answer page or a profile rewrite
  • Profile recommendations
  • One revision round on each asset

Days 18–21

Review

  • 45-minute review call
  • What worked, what needed correcting and how much of your time it took
  • Which 90-day engagement would fit, if any, and what it would focus on first

The 21 days start when the agreed inputs and access are available.

Approvals within 2 working days keep the dates on track.

03Outputs and limits

What you receive.

  • Presence brief with angles worth publishing
  • 3 finished, approved assets
  • Profile recommendations
  • Discovery snapshot for 5 buyer questions
  • Interview notes and the start of your voice file
  • A written recommendation for the next 90 days

Not included.

  • Ongoing publishing or a posting schedule
  • Video or podcast production
  • Website changes or a full discovery baseline
  • Paid promotion
  • Guaranteed leads, rankings or AI mentions
04The method

Where the sprint sits in the method.

The sprint touches the first two layers of the Owned Media Signal Stack lightly, enough to show what the founder signal looks like and where discovery is weak.

About the Owned Media Signal Stack

05After the sprint

The 90-day engagements.

If continuing makes sense, the review names the engagement and what its first month would focus on.

You keep everything produced either way.

0190 days

Founder Presence

For the founder whose expertise is real but barely visible. Over 90 days we turn what you know into a clear profile and a steady public record of your thinking that buyers can find and check.

€3,000 / 90 days

About €1,000 a month. Founder time: about 2 to 3 hours a month.

Choose this when

The founder knows the market well but very little of that knowledge is visible on their profile, and the first job is a credible, regular presence.

0290 days

Founder Presence + Discovery

For the founder who also needs to be found. Buyers research the category through Google and AI assistants, and today they find little or the wrong account of your company. We fix both your presence and how you are discovered.

€4,200 / 90 days

About €1,400 a month. Founder time: about 3 hours a month.

Choose this when

Buyers research your category through Google and AI assistants, and your company is missing, vague or described wrongly when they do.

I'm so grateful I met Alex when I was launching. Without his help, I wouldn't have thought to use partnerships. They brought me my first 1K downloads, two leads already, and visibility that is going to carry my business into 2026.

07Questions

Questions about the sprint.

Who is the sprint for?

Technical AI and SaaS founders who are interested in a 90-day engagement but want to test the process first. It suits founders who have been let down by agencies or writers before and want to see the work on their own material.

Is the sprint a smaller version of the 90-day engagements?

It uses the same process, compressed: understand, extract, build, review. It is too short to learn your voice fully, build discovery pages or set up distribution, so it ends with a recommendation for what a 90-day engagement should focus on.

When does the 21 days start?

When the agreed inputs and access are available. The start date is confirmed in writing. Delayed approvals can move the end date.

Do I have to continue after the sprint?

No. You keep everything produced. If a 90-day engagement makes sense, I will say which one and why. If it does not, I will say that too.

What does the sprint not promise?

Leads, rankings or AI mentions. In 21 days you can judge whether I understand your company and whether the work is useful. Results from distribution take longer.

Next step

A 30-minute fit call.

If a 90-day engagement makes more sense for you from the start, I will say so.
