Founder Presence + Distribution

For the founder who wants organic routes the company keeps.

Presence and discovery, plus one owned channel, partners and experiments, with the work tied to what buyers ask in real sales conversations.

01Who it is for

Who this is for.

Choose this when you want to depend less on paid and cold channels, and you are ready to build one organic route that reaches buyers repeatedly, with me close to sales.

  • A technical AI or B2B SaaS company with a working sales motion and a founder still close to customers
  • Growth relies heavily on paid, outbound or the founder's personal effort
  • You want organic routes you keep: an audience, partner relationships and pages that continue to be found
  • A founder or sales lead who can join a monthly commercial review
02The problem

Where things stand today.

Most of your pipeline comes from channels you rent or push: ads, cold outbound, events, the founder's own network. When the effort stops, the flow stops.

Good material is produced once and never reused. A podcast appearance, a customer insight or a strong post is not turned into anything that reaches buyers again.

Media and sales run separately, so nobody knows which pieces help in real conversations.

03After 90 days

What changes over 90 days.

  • A clear picture of how your buyers research and decide, based on calls and interviews rather than assumptions.
  • Founder media and discovery pages built around those buyer questions.
  • One owned channel running: a newsletter or a recorded interview format, chosen from evidence.
  • A short list of partners with a first piece of partner content where agreed.
  • A way to capture and keep the audience you reach.
  • A monthly view of which pieces sales used and what buyers asked.

These describe the work delivered. They are not guarantees of leads, revenue, rankings or AI mentions.

04The method

Which layers of the method this uses.

The widest use of the stack: the base layer, a lighter discovery layer, partners, and one owned route chosen at day 30, either a recorded conversation series or a newsletter with capture on your site.

11Questions

Questions about Founder Presence + Distribution.

Do I need both a newsletter and a podcast?

No, and this engagement builds only one owned route. We choose it at day 30 from your buyers' habits, your material and the time you can give. A newsletter suits founders who write or think well in text. An interview format suits founders who speak better than they write.

How do you connect media to sales?

In the monthly commercial review we go through which pieces sales sent, which ones prospects mentioned and which buyer questions came up. That shapes the next month's topics. I do not claim a piece caused a deal unless you tell me it did.

Who sends the partner outreach?

You do, from your own account. I research the partners and write the drafts. Partner relationships last longer when they come from the founder.

Is this an outsourced marketing department?

No. It is one 90-day project with a fixed scope, done by me directly. If your team has a marketer, I work with them and hand over everything so they can continue.
